Our mission is to deliver a golden taste of nature that embodies purity, tradition, and local pride. Inspired by the frontier spirit and the generations who built Wyoming’s reputation for authenticity and resilience, we honor that heritage in every bottle. By combining sustainable sourcing with artisanal production, we create a product that stands out as both a gourmet treat and a symbol of Wyoming craftsmanship passed down through time.

My Story

I moved to Wyoming to care for my grandmother and soon discovered a new passion — maple syrup production. After a friend introduced me to backyard sugaring, I read the University of Wyoming research on syrup production in Wyoming and began experimenting on my own. My first season yielded just over a gallon of sap but no syrup — an early challenge that fueled my excitement and determination.

Over time, I expanded beyond my grandmother’s shelter belt, identifying maple trees throughout the community. What began as small‑scale trials grew into a turning point when I collected and evaporated more than 100 gallons of sap, producing two gallons of syrup that I proudly shared with family and friends. Encouraged by this success, I invested in advanced equipment — including a reverse osmosis system and high‑capacity evaporator — and formally established Wyoming Gold Maple Syrup LLC.

Rumor has it that I am the first licensed maple syrup producer in Wyoming.

Looking ahead, I plan to tap more than 150 trees and harvest 1,000 gallons of sap, positioning Wyoming Gold as both a personal legacy and a pioneering business in a region not traditionally known for maple syrup production.
